The primary tenant of Investors Group Field is the Winnipeg Football Club's (WFC) Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Independent to the ongoing advocacy and project management works with Triple B Stadium Inc. (formally BBB Stadium Inc.), Riverstone Projects was engaged to execute a stadium wide enhancements to meet the requirements of the venue and WFC for the future.

Some 200 projects were executed to improve facility   operations, fan experience and overall venue flexibility.  Projects ranged from the hundreds of dollars to the millions of dollars and were driven by schedule and a financially conscious community owned client.  From modifications to existing building systems to accommodate final venue use, to complete building renovations to drive revenue.  A diverse portfolio of projects were undertaken by RiverStone Projects since the opening of the Investors Group Field in 2013.
