Providing the highest level of Owner advocacy and construction management services to Triple B Stadium Inc., (Stadium Ownership Board of Directors; Province of Manitoba, City of Winnipeg, University of Manitoba, Winnipeg Football Club) for IG Field, home of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers Football Club and the University of Manitoba Bisons Football Club.  Immediately after contract completion with the Builder, Riverstone Projects was retained by Triple B Stadium Inc. (formally BBB Stadium Inc.) in January 2013 to manage construction completion and occupancy process.  Facility wide integration of the football club into IGF.  Concluded first contract of Owner advocacy after completion of 1 year warranty period.

After 2 years advocating and project managing the Winnipeg Football Club's integration and enhancement of IGF ($10M), Riverstone Projects was again retained by Triple B Stadium Inc. to advocate, manage, coordinate and lead the investigation process, design development and the major remediation of the facility from 2014 to 2023.  With the solicitation and support of a specialized consulting team, Riverstone Projects is responsible for the identification of problematic and compromised site and building conditions impacting the life cycle of the stadium.  Expert review of deficient building systems and operational restraints meet and support our Client in all aspects of identified concerns.   Responsible for the development and execution of a facility wide remediation program consistent with the mandate of  extending building life cycle.

Team lead in the facilitation and investigative services, project reporting, budget development, funding management, project development & delivery, construction budgeting, design development, project tendering, construction administration and scheduling form our current services as Advocate and Project/Construction Manager for Triple B Stadium Inc. and the Winnipeg Football Club.
