Riverstone Projects was retained by Stuart Olson Dominion Construction as project manager / construction manager for the integrated delivery of the $200M project. With over $50M of sub-trade work specific to mechanical and electrical systems for the over 1 million sq. ft. 33,500 seat multi-use stadium, as directed by SODCL Riverstone Projects provided the daily management and coordination of M & E trades for 2012 leading up to the scheduled opening in June 2013. 

Our extensive architectural and consulting engineering experience allowed our Client the ability to focus on and deliver the entire project knowing the major trade M & E management and coordination was being performed proactively and in a controlled delivery methodology.  Vetting of tender drawings and the design-build aspects of this unique project required extensive architectural and structural design knowledge in order to execute and integrate M & E systems.  

As an active participant and contributor to Ownership and Integrated Design Process (IDP) meetings, Riverstone Projects proved invaluable in communicating, supporting and advocating our Client's and the projects best interests by interpreting design requirements, introducing best practices, providing design solutions and at the same time maintained tight project controls related to our mandate of maintaining schedule and mitigating cost.
